Based in the dynamic Pilbara region, Wrapped Creations is a fun and vibrant team dedicated to helping you successfully deliver your next event. From Onslow to Port Hedland and all throughout the Pilbara, we have your event needs all wrapped up. Wrapped Creations’ founders, David Yakas and Jason Masters boast extensive industry experience, delivering events for a diverse range of clients including Chevron Australia, Rio Tinto, Karratha & Districts Chamber of Commerce & Industry and City of Karratha. Based in regional Western Australia, Wrapped Creations draws upon extensive experience in working with indigenous and regional community groups. We know what it takes to effectively communicate and engage with regional communities and apply this to all of our work. We pride ourselves on local knowledge and a strong reputation for consistently exceeding expectations. In addition to providing an expert event management service, Wrapped Creations provides event styling, PR & marketing, graphic design and an extensive range of equipment hire available. Cancellation Policy
Before purchasing a ticket for Brew & The Moo 2017 you must read and accept the Conditions of Purchase at the bottom of this page. 1. EVENT DETAILS Brew and the Moo will be held on Saturday November 11th 2017. Gates will open at 4.30pm. 2. AGE AND ID REQUIREMENTS Brew and the Moo is an 18+ event only. It is a requirement of ticket purchase that no matter what their age attendees must bring photo ID to the event to ensure both proof of age and fulfilling the requirements of the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Inability to produce valid photo ID may result in you being evicted from the event. 3. NO BYO AND NO PASSOUTS There will be no BYO of food or drinks to Brew and the Moo. Security will be conducting bag checks before you are granted access to the event. Any contraband elements will not be allowed entry into the venue including food and drinks of any kind illegal drugs or anything that can be used as a weapon. No passouts will be given under any circumstances. 4. SECURITY AND STAFF There will be security at this event who will be conduction security checks in accordance with event requirements and legislation. A requirement of attendance is submitting to these checks within the bounds of an attendees legal rights. If at any time an attendee become aggressive or violent to any member of staff breaches the Responsible Service of Alcohol or any other legislative requirements or is found to be undertaking in illegal activities they will be evicted from the event without discussion. 5. EVICTION An attendee may be evicted from the event for illegal undertakings aggression or violence the intimidation or abuse of organisers performers staff security or other attendees not following the instructions of staff organisers or security or for breaching the Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. This is not a fully inclusive list of reasons for eviction and the final decision of continued attendance at Brew and the Moo is at the sole discretion of event organisers or their authorised representatives. If you are evicted from the event no discussion will be entered into. Evicted attendees will not receive a refund under any circumstances. Organisers reserve the right to enforce bans for future events and take legal action at their discretion. 6. BUS DETAILS Attendees will be able to purchase a return ticket on a chartered bus from Point Samson to Dampier (via Wickham and Roebourne) and Karratha to Dampier for the event for $15. Buses will pick up attendees at 4.00pm and 5.00pm from the City of Karratha main office carpark (Welcome Road) and from Dreamer’s Hill at 4.15pm and 5.15pm. Point Samson Wickham and Roebourne pick up times will be advised one week prior to the event. Buses will leave Dampier at 11.30pm. The organisers reserve the right to change the bus pick up areas or times at their discretion and attendees will be advised by social media post on the official Brew and the Moo Facebook page. It is the responsibility of the attendees to be at the bus pick up areas with plenty of time to spare. The organisers take no responsibility for attendees missing the bus and organisers will not be responsible for arranging alternative transport. If you miss the bus you will not be eligible for a refund on your bus or event ticket. Bus ticket sales will cease 3 days prior to the event (9th of November 2016). 7. REFUNDS Attendees will be entitled to a refund in the case of an act of God such as a cyclone or severe weather. Attendees will also be entitled to a refund in the case of a venue change date change or artist non attendance. In the case of a refund being requested by an attendee the attendee must contact the presenting organisation Wrapped Creations by phone on (08) 9144 4204 or via email at [email protected]. 8. TICKETS Attendees will purchase their tickets using the City of Karratha ticketing system and attendees are bound by the terms and conditions of purchase from the City of Karratha and Brew and the Moo. Neither set of terms of conditions cancels the other out though at times where there may be confusion the Event Condition of Purchase and Entry on the Brew and the Moo web site will take precedence. 10. CHANGE OF LINEUP The organiser reserves the right to alter the date the venue and the entertainment and activities as advertised with written notice. If any act of an event is changed an attendees ticket will remain valid for the replacement act(s). Attendees will not be entitled to a refund based on changing act(s). 10. NO SHOW No show by the guest at the event will not entitle an attendee to a refund. 11. CHANGE OF CONDITIONS OF ENTRY The organisers reserve the right to change the conditions of entry to Brew and the Moo at any time including but not limited to for commercial crowd control or legal purposes. Changes will be made available at on this website. It is the responsibility of the attendee to know the requirements of entry for the event. 12.
