48 hours notice required for full refund minus third party refund policies. 24 hours notice a 50% refund if applicable minus third party refund policies. No show or under 24 hours notice no refund will be applicable. If Pilbara Tour Co is required to cancel a booked tour the tour payments made will be fully refunded excluding third party booking fees
