Karijini Eco Retreat –An Authentic Outback Experience! Ideally located in the Karijini National Park just 35km from the Karijini Visitor Centre and in close proximity to the Joffre, Weano and Hancock Gorges, Karijini Eco Retreat is the only luxury accommodation in the Park and offers a selection of affordable options. After a day of exploring the spectacular Karijini National Park, enjoy an outback BBQ in one of the bush BBQ kitchen facilities. Or join us for a scrumptious meal and unique dining experience at the onsite 100 seat licensed alfresco restaurant and dining facility offering quality Australian outback style cuisine and a unique dining experience, where you can be the outback chef! Breakfast, dinner and packed picnic lunch are available daily along with a selection of drinks and snacks available from the kiosk.

Environmentally Friendly Eco Tents The unique Deluxe Eco Tents at Karijini Eco Retreat offer guests en-suite bathrooms and the comfort of quality king size or twin beds with full linen, natural ventilation, outdoor deck with table and an unobtrusive design that blends harmoniously with the gorgeous yet rugged outback setting and natural environment. Campsites (non powered) are also on offer for the nature loving guests who prefer to pitch their own tents or have campervans with share showers, toilets and Bush BBQ Kitchen facilities. All campsite guests are welcome to make full use of the dining facility.

Karijini National Park Karijini National Park is located 1400km north of Perth and boasts spectacular sights, gorgeous gorges, wonderful waterfalls and pleasant pools. Please note that once inside the National Park, the Eco Retreat is reached via 35km of unsealed (graded) roads. We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles.

We are open year round! FOR THE MID AND LOW SEASON 1ST NOVEMBER 2012 TO 28TH MARCH 2013 - PLEASE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AND ADVICE BEFORE BOOKING: ?Temperatures at Karijini during this period can reach in excess of 40 degrees Celsius on a daily basis ?The Eco Tents are NOT air-conditioned and have natural ventilation only ?The Alfresco restaurant will operate during this time, opening for breakfast, lunch & and dinner. A selection of menu items will be available during this time (subject to availability) ?Dinner must be booked in advance, no later than the day before and last orders are at 6.30pm daily. Please call Reception on (08) 9189 8013 to reserve your meal and table ?Guest barbecue facilities will also be available on site ?Reception opening hours will be 7am ? 10am, & 2pm - 8pm ?Bar and kiosk opening times will coincide with Reception hours ?Supplies such as breakfast packs, barbecue packs, ice, ice creams, snacks and beverages will be subject to availability ?We strongly advise that guests arrive in either 4WD or AWD vehicles ?We highly recommend the use of insect repellant ?There will be no Tour Operator services at the Karijini Eco Retreat or in the National Park during this period ?For your own convenience and safety it is advisable that you check all weather and road conditions before your arrival and (if visiting the gorges) please ensure that in the event of adverse weather conditions you take appropriate steps to leave the gorges immediately ?Department of Environment & Conservation (DEC) reserves the right to close roads within the National Park for safety reasons and/or due to adverse weather conditions ?You may also call the Karijini Eco Retreat on (08)9189 8013 during Reception opening hours (as above) to check conditions and access.
